a. What is collected

The Company collects only the information necessary to operate the Services. This may include account information such as your name, phone number, email address, and profile details; precise GPS location data used to facilitate order routing and delivery; order and transaction information; and device and usage data necessary for app functionality. Payment information is processed by third‑party providers such as Stripe, and the Company does not store full credit or debit card numbers.

b. How the data is used

The Company uses collected information to provide, operate, and maintain the Services; process orders and facilitate delivery; communicate with you about your account or orders; provide customer support; prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve the performance and functionality of the Services. The Company may also use your contact information and device identifiers to send push notifications related to your orders, account activity, or service updates. You may opt out of push notifications through your device settings at any time.

IV. Sharing of Information

The Company may share information with golf courses, restaurants, or other merchants fulfilling your order; payment processors and financial institutions; service providers that support the operation of the Services; legal authorities when required by law; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. The Company does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The Company may also share location and device data with mapping, geolocation, and technology providers (such as Google Maps, Apple Maps, or similar services) as necessary to provide location-based features of the Services.

You may disable location services through your device settings; however, certain features may not function properly without location access.
