Delete Your RoundRobin Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you choose to delete your RoundRobin account, please understand that this action is permanent and cannot be reversed. All your personal data, including your profile information, order history, saved payment methods, and preferences, will be permanently removed from our servers.

Before proceeding, please review what happens when you delete your account below.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Personal Information Removal: Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo are removed from your account record.

Access Loss: You will immediately lose access to your account and all RoundRobin services. You will no longer be able to log in or place orders.

Payment Information: Your saved payment methods will be detached from your RoundRobin account. Payment records required for transaction history, refunds, and disputes are retained as described below.

Legal and Business Retention: Certain data is retained for legitimate business and legal purposes, including:

  • Transaction and order records (retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance)

  • Refund and dispute records (retained as required by payment processor and card network rules)

  • Records related to age-verified purchases of alcohol (retained as required by applicable state and federal regulations)

This retained data is not linked to your personal identifiers after account deletion.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. Open the RoundRobin app on your device

  2. Navigate to Account

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Confirm your decision

Before You Delete

Please note that account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund any orders that are currently in progress. If you have an active order, please wait until it is completed or contact support@roundrobingolf.com to cancel it before deleting your account.
